I've filed XXXX disputes with XXXX, XXXX complaints with cfpb ; I've spoken to multiple XXXX and Goldman Sachs employees, including XXXX in XXXX 's credit dept, and have been told by everyone that this account will be updated and properly closed. To date, XX/XX/2024 the account is open and reporting a balance of over {$11000.00} which is NOT correct. I've been paying XXXX monthly payments of {$390.00} but they have allowed both the Marcus Goldman and XXXX accounts to both report high balances on my XXXX credit report.
