I have been trying to get housing and have been unable to due to the negative items on my account credit reports through the following credit bureaus : XXXX, XXXX XXXX, and XXXX. I have disputed all these negative items redundantly without proper investigation. The negative items include : Collection Accounts from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX TN Child Support Late Payments : Credit Rent Boost XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX " In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, this creditor has violated my rights. Unde r 15 USC 1681 section 602 states I have the right to privacy. According to 15 USC 1681 section 604A Section 2 it also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions. Under 15 USC 166 B a creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open-end consumer credit plan as late for any purpose. '' There should not be any damages on my account. It is a declamation of character. These damaging items have preventing me from obtaining housing, growing my business as a professional, obtaining better employment, and credit needed to be successful and to take care of my family,
