I got a simple loan from my XXXX XXXX to pay for my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. The loan was supposedly for {$2200.00} and as the XXXX went on it kept increasing to the point of {$4400.00}. I then tried to send them a check for {$2900.00} ( which at the time was the entire loan ), and they cashed the check ( according to my bank ) and didnt credit a single dime to my account. I just recently then tried to pay the rest of it off in XXXX online payments through their new online portal for {$1000.00} and {$350.00} respectively. The payments showed as pending then processing and then disappeared. I am now out of {$4400.00} and they are saying that the loan hasnt been paid off at all. I want a refund or for the loan to be canceled!
