MOHELA has over-charged my bank account by {$49.00} via the auto-pay feature on XX/XX/2024. This charge did not show up on my MOHELA account but it was recorded on my banking account. This type of issue needs to be corrected immediately and is not acceptable given the fact that MOHELA manages millions of student loan accounts. If this issue happened once I'm sure it has happened to others I called a representative on XXXX XXXXXX/XX/2024 at XXXX AM to address the issue. They told me to send an email and upload the proof but their email system doesn't allow me to upload documents with emails. I uploaded the file via the my documents feature on their website which isn't connected to the email page. When they responded to my email on XX/XX/2024, they sent me a auto generated response that claimed the issue had already been resolved. The issue was not resolved.
