Over a month ago, one of my XXXX cards with Citicards was blocked for payments. I have no idea why. I've been calling and calling. Every time I call there's someone in the XXXX with a terrible connection asking me about my number of my debit card for security checking. I do NOT HAVE a debit card with Citi. They also asked me for lots of other data, like the number of my other credit card, which I provided. I also talked to a supervisor, actually XXXX : one on the phone and one in the chat. When I don't give them a debit card number, they hang up on me. When I ask to be transferred to U.S. customer service, they say ok but put me in the same loop again and I land in the XXXX again, with the same result. The online chat says they can not help, I have to call. It's been a total nightmare. I have a credit balance on this card. All I'm asking for at this time is to transfer my credit balance to one of my other XXXX cards from the one ending in XXXX and to close that account. The document I attached is that latest message I received from a supposed supervisor who admitted himself that it was frustrating but could not help either.
