Citibank did not credit all the transactions that were unauthorized. My aunt is not going to be able to pay off {$2300.00} on her balance because those transactions were not made by her or me and also she dont use my card anymore because she does not have money and only spent {$250.00} using that card. Also, they did not credit back the transaction from last year that I and my aunt have been complaining about. It was for XXXX XXXX with the amount of {$420.00} and {$190.00}. My aunt called them already to verify those transactions and they told and sent us the statement showing that my aunt paid those in cash.
