Why does XXXX allow these non-compliant institutions to report on my credit profile and put my privacy at risk? Until compliance with Sec. XXXX of the GLBA can be substantiated, I DEMAND that XXXX PERMANENTLY DELETE the following non-compliant ATTACHED account ( s ) within 3 days and forward to me a FULL updated credit report with these deletions to the address above By publishing these non-compliant account ( s ) on my credit profile and distributing them to 3rd parties you are INTENTIONALLY DAMAGING my reputation and credit worthiness.
