On XX/XX/XXXX I received an email that my credit limit was changed. When I logged into my account, my Citi Double Cash card limit was reduced. Citi Double limit was $ XXXX with {$5000.00} available went to {$5100.00} limit and {$570.00} available. I have never missed a payment and always paid more than the minimum. I've had this card since XXXX and my account history with Citi has been excellent. Yes, my credit score has changed but that has not impacted my obligation to pay my debt. Reducing my limit impacts my credit score which further perpetuates the cycle of my score decreasing do this action. I understand the economy is challenging and uncertain, but I value my relationship with Citi and would appreciate their partnership with a consumer that is committed to them and reflect that with reinstating my credit limit.
