Account ending in XXXX. I need past statements in pdf format from XXXX 2021 to present. I requested these via live chat on the banks website. I was told I needed to submit request via email which I did. No reply. Chatted again and now told I need to change subject in email to billing inquiry. Did this and received email back to call XXXX. I did this and the agent had no idea how to get me the statements but told me to call XXXX. I called this number and the agent put me back into the automated loop where I went to another agent. This went on XXXX times and I hung up because no agent knew how to do it. I went back to live chat and explained everything that happened on XX/XX/XXXX. The agent said she would order the statements and I would receive within XXXX hours. XXXX hours passed with no statements received. I then called XXXX again and this time spoke supervisor XXXX. XXXX assured me I would get the statements within XXXX hours. Nothing has been received and XXXX hours has passed.
