I filed a return to my taxes. IRS tells me i am to recieve a refund of {$49000.00}. I forward the account number that i believe was the correct one but it appears that it was not correct. The IRS using their bank of XXXX XXXX sent these funds to BANK OF AMERICA. The routing number attached to these funds is XXXX. In my disscussion with BOA, they say the money never was recieved. I have a letter that is from the ( IRS ) XXXX XXXX that says the the money was sent to BOA. Of course Bank of America has denied every receiving the funds. I'm caught in between, XXXX XXXX say that they have proof that they send it and BOA denies the money ever being recieved. BOA is the company that i believe through their error has the money. As of this date no one from BOA will accept any responsibility fo this error. PLEASE HELP. XXXX
