I am locked out of my account online at citi bank and on the app and have been for over a month. I attempted to go into the account on XX/XX/XXXX and was blocked and received a message that my social security number and credit card number were incorrect. I alternated and put in my account number and they still blocked me. They then stated that I should reset my password and blocked me from taking that action. I have not been able to access my account. This has XX/XX/XXXX when a previous complaint was settled.
