I called USAA on XXXX XXXX get the payoff of my auto loan and they send me the amount and I send them. Managers check with secured funds to pay off the car within the allotted time that they told me the $ $ $ was good for. The USAA customer service person took the check and put a hold on a verifiable account for no reason and let my auto loan to default and accrued extra inters to harm my credit and the ability to get loans in the future. They put a 10 days hold on the item and wont released until de XXXX XXXX. They wont give me a reason and they wont pay me interest on the check that is being hold by their part. I need help and get them to stop harassing us the customer with their actions that damage our ability to get loans and credit elsewhere.
