Chase bank keep getting hacked. In the last month of XXXX through XXXX I have had about XXXX phone calls with the fraud department and they have taken off the charges and fees given me about XXXX new replacement credit cards because the charges and fees keep coming back onto my account, so there is XXXX protection, I just called today as I saw from XXXX weeks of having a - {$40.00} balance that my balance now is over {$2000.00} and the same charges that I was disputing are now back on so then I go onto this XXXX website that someone opened up in my name to only find out that the money chase took out did not go to that company, so where is my money? I asked Chase this question and their response to me was I am so sorry maam the department that you are trying to call is not there you have to call in in the morning and then I definitely asked the lady to please have someone else read the computer to see if theres anything that they can see as to why this keeps happening so then she puts me on hold she calls the fraud department then they tell her that my files and recovery department but they have no idea why. This makes sense to me because fraud is the steppingstone to recovery so who in fraud or what happened in fraud that caused recovery to then charge me again without consulting me and why am I not able to get these answers? Why is it OK for a company to take out money for something I did not purchase to only then out of nowhere put those purchases back on plus fees not to mention Im still dealing with this XXXX XXXX who saying that I have not paid these bills because again someone made up these accounts under my name, Social Security, whatever it was, and now my credit is getting crushed and I still can not get a complete answer. This is enough to make someone hospitalized due to the stress. It is causing, I take very great pride in my credit. Ive never had the situation happen in my XXXX years of life and Im not quite sure why its happening now. Ive never had this issue with any other bank besides Chase. There were also charges all over the place like XXXX ( which I do use but on another account, I company in XXXX and I was never there )
