Consumer Narrative
I reported fraudulent charges on my credit cards from XXXX XXXX & Chase to the two companies respectively since XX/XX/2024. XXXX XXXX and Chase still asking me to pay those charges. I have corporated well with each of them to conduct their investigations. I have even found and visited the suspected fraudster 's home with the XXXX Police and couldn't find the fraudster. I lodged a complaint to the XXXX Police and sent the full police report to XXXX XXXX & Chase. I am doing everything I can to help with the investigations. I don't think they should ask me to pay those fraudulent charges.
