Most recently XX/XX/2024 ( although this has happened literally dozens of times over the last few years ) two Bank of America credit cards where charged by an entity calling itself XXXX XXXX. ( in fact no such business exists ). On XX/XX/2024 two separate charges in the amount of {$100.00} and {$50.00} were made to one account ending in XXXX from XXXX XXXX. This is a new replacement card which has recently been received by me. This same process has been repeated several times on different B of A credit cards. I call and file reports evert time and Bank of America says they are investigating but they keep letting the Person or business do this over and over again. My identity has been stolen and that is registered with all three credit reporting companies. Please make Bank of America do something about this! XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX
