Citibank closed my account on Thursday XXXX XXXX XX/XX/2024. With absolutely no adequate explanation why. Citibank security team says I violated their terms and theyll no longer do business with me. And then in total disregard will hang up when I ask for more information I honestly have no idea what happened and Citibank plans to send me a check in 30 - 60 days, In abject disregard and disservice. I need funds including rent money as the closure was abrupt.
