I received an email from Care Credit Synchrony Bank with regards to my account with them. They have lowered my credit amount for no good reason. I have always paid them on time and had over {$1100.00} or more dollars open with them on {$3500.00} credit line. I guess these bad actors look at credit reports and then determine without a truly good reason what types of actions are taken towards their customers. Thats all well and good when it is deserved. In my case it is not. Their reasoning for this is that I have high balances on other cards. Well, hello!!! that is what credit is for. I pay my bills on time every month often make more than a minimum payment and have several cards with underutilized credit amounts. By taking this action against me for no good reason it will lower my credit score and make it more expensive for me to get credit going forward. I am being judged unfairly here and action needs to be taken on this company for doing so.
