In the last year I have attempted and thought I was making payments on my student loan. After signing into my own personal account through Mohela and using the app. I began making payments through the app. Only to find out after my due date the system would kick my payment back in turn, charging me interest and making payments more difficult. I have been in touch with representative back in XXXXXXXX XXXX and they resubmitted my checking info. Again, I thought I was making payments again and payments are continued to get kicked back to me three four days after my due date. I think this has been happening for sometime and I believe and my bank " XXXXXXXX XXXX '' believes I am being XXXX for interest money. My next step is to search for a lawyer to persue the wrong doing of Mohela and how they have misrepresented their intentions over the last year in handling my student loan. I believe this has been illegal behavior on Mohela and I am unsure how much interest before I began paying they have added to my loans. This matter is serious and I hope I am taken serious. I can be contacted through my email or personal number XXXX. With all that have happen with student loans since covid 19, I am unsure if my loan information is close to accurate. Also, I signed up for loan forgiveness a year ago almost. This ruins my loan forgiveness efforts as well. I hope someone contacts me asap. PS. Funny, the app. I was paying through for weeks, no longer works and you can not reach anyone on the phone any longer. I have called several times. Thanks, XXXX XXXX
