Customer Service XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, FL XXXX Dear sir, I have received a letter by mail prepared on XX/XX/24 regarding CFPB case XXXX. Since the content was almost same with the review posted on CFPB portal regarding this report, I just need to say same thing. Since I have seven or eight reward certificates at hand, which were unusable at all, I have asked to close this card ; that means to terminate the service from your company for my financial matters. My friends agreed with this idea why we need to use a credit card, which we expect the reward, but the reward is not usable with some reason. These certificates ending numbers are XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX which was issued for the replacement of XXXX and XXXX. Since the letter from your company stated that having these reward certificates do not mean I have not used them, even if I state publicly, I have not been able to use them at all. Since there are no means to prove my position that I have not been able to use the reward certificates, that means the reward certificates which were sent with the bills are useless, I want your company to close my credit card officially. I have checked the online account site, and I realized there was the page which showed the freeze card and replace card. Since I have not done any illegal purchases and can not recognize any one at this moment after checking the transactions, freezing card does not make sense. Also, replacing card does not make sure that the reward certificates can be usable in future, since it is the problem of data on your company side. Even though I believe it is the issue of your company to have the reliable data management system, I do not know how to proceed the closing ; therefore, your side should clarify how to close by letter. I am not a native XXXX speaker, and I had many suspicious calls in the past, I do not want to manage these matters on phone. I prefer to have the legal, clear, and official documents as record. Even though your company have stated my reward certificates with me are not usable as if I am doing something illegal, if you can make my {$70.00} reward certificates, please try, and let me use them.
