I just had this happen with XXXX XXXX, this is not OK. Same thing happened again this time its Chase Credit Card ending in XXXX. XX/XX/2024, I decided to pay the card off and checked the full remaining balance and the current balance and paid the full balance payment of XXXX. The next day i check the balance and they came back and charged an additional interest of XXXX cents. I paid the XXXX cents so the balance was XXXX. I get back on here today XX/XX/XXXX and there are even more charges of XXXX in FEES and INTEREST yet havent purchased anything and paid this card off in full. I called and spoke with a CSR rep, asked for a refund, they said No, asked for a manager who also refused to refund the incorrectly added interest. I would like the interest refunded and the account to XXXX like it should have been without all the hassle. I did pay the balance of XXXX yet again today like I did for XXXX XXXX so additional interest did not accrue, but I want the XXXX refunded as this is a matter of principle and ethics.
