My daughter notified me that she was alerted about someone using her name and my birthdate and her ssn to apply for a US Bank credit card. It was denied but she was notified. She contacted US bank to verify was told what info they had. She instructed me to file this fraud claim as my birthdate is out there being used to apply falsely for cc on a bank application.
