XX/XX/19 contacted Dave bank to file a dispute re unauthorized charge on my account. After submitting the requested forms within the 10 days to get a provisional credit I was told that the people handling my claim did not submit the forms during the allotted time. I have proof of all the emails I sent to the dispute department which shows I submitted the requested paperwork in order to get the provisional credit
