A small group of us traveled from the XXXX to XXXX De XXXX XXXX. On XXXX late Friday night after midnight XXXX of XXXX of us were pickpocketed. XXXX of his wallet. My license and hotel card, XXXX XXXX credit card and my Comerica debit card was stolen. We found my license and hotel card in the middle of XXXX XXXX near our hotel. ( XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX De XXXX ) We determined it was thrown out a car window. I realized that my XXXX XXXX credit card and Comerica card was missing. I immediately check my balance once i went back to the hotel to get XXXX to connect to internet. Because i have XXXX XXXX and needed wifi to get internet connection. Also to make sure i did not leave those cards in my room, deep down i knew i had not left them. When i checked my balance with comerica my balance was negative -- {$1700.00}, although i had at least {$3500.00} in my account. I contacted the automated services and reported stolen card, Then within XXXX minutes used a friends phone and got through to a live representative and explained my situation and what had happened. I could not hear the rep that well as i was now outside on XXXX XXXX. Total case amount is {$5700.00}. After the banks investigation they said that the card had a chip and it had to be in my possession at the time it was used. These transaction were done within XXXX minutes. They are as follows XXXX {$150.00}, XXXX XXXX, XXXX {$490.00}, XXXX {$140.00}, XXXX {$230.00}, XXXX {$11.00}, XXXX {$20.00}, XXXX {$20.00}, XXXX {$290.00}, XXXX {$490.00}, XXXX {$990.00}, XXXX {$1900.00}, XXXX {$290.00}, XXXX {$390.00}, XXXX {$39.00}, XXXX {$7.00}. The company name that was billed was XXXX XXXX XXXX De XXXX XXXX. Comerica Bank said they closed my case and did not help me. I never received a phone call or letter.
