Consumer Narrative
I made my monthly payment with AES 2 days before due in the amount of {$50.00} and received my confirmation email with transaction code. 2 weeks later I got an email back that my payment was returned. I made the payment again and same thing. A week ago I tried AGAIN and today received the same message. They told me it takes 2 days to process payments but they are not processing them at all as I have had plenty to cover the charge and it never is taken. Now they're putting my loan in default when it's them refusing to accept the payment.
