I have disputed the following accounts after being discharged from XXXX XXXX. Select Portfolio Account Number-XXXX & XXXX XXXX XXXX Account number-XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX account number XXXX. As of today, XX/XX/XXXX, all three accounts are being reported with balances after all 3 accounts were discharged in XXXX XXXX bankruptcy. On XX/XX/XXXX after disputing these 3 accounts for the last 7 months, XXXX sent me a notification that all 3 accounts was certified by the companies that they are reporting correctly. This is false information according to case law, after the accounts are discharged in bankruptcy there should show no debt owed and discharged in bankruptcy with XXXX balance. Please see the XXXX report that will be attached with this complaint. The XXXX XXXX Statement of Intent for Individuals Filling under XXXX XXXX, it states that account Select Portfolio Servicing continue to make regular payments without reaffirmation. I have disputing these accounts with XXXX, XXXX and XXXX and all 3 of these corporations are violating my consumer rights without conducting a thorough investigation under the 15USC1681 ( i ) A. On XX/XX/XXXX, the order of discharged was sent to all 3 of these companies informing them that the debt was discharged. Please see the exhibits that will be uploaded with this complaint. As a result of inaccurate reporting by these 3 companies, I have been denied credit for my business and has caused personal emotional stress. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting act. The list of accounts has violated my federally protected consumer rights to privacy and confidentiality under 15 USC 1681.
