On XX/XX/XXXX I discovered my Apple card was locked. After contacting them they informed me they stated they received notice of bankruptcy. I have never filed for bankruptcy and my account is current. Upon contacting them they informed me my account has been locked since XX/XX/XXXX. They clearly are not safeguarding information as I have never filed for bankruptcy and they are either supporting fraud or mishandling information. After contacting them several times they informed me it will take 28 days to resolve, and expediting possibly will reduce that to 10 days. They are going to ruin my credit because of their mistake they could have avoided by verifying they weren't screwing over the wrong person
