My loan was changed from XXXX XXXX to XXXX and I applied for the SAVE program in summer of XXXX and they never processed it. I have filed numerous complaints with the CFPB and the government about this. Now Mohela took over the servicing of my loan I spoke to XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX about my bill coming without any SAVE program enrollment. Mohela is required to get all of my information from XXXX and or the Federal government and they have failed to do so and keep billing me. I told them under XXXX 's rulings, they have to put me in administrative forbearance until they process my SAVE loan. I also updated my income with XXXX before Mohela took it over. Neither XXXX nor Mohela has processed my SAVE application which is illegal to this date and neither had put me in administrative forbearance until they do, which is required under the XXXX administration. Now I am getting late notices for a student loan payment which is illegal on two counts, one it is not processed under the SAVE program ever by either student loan company and two it is not in administrative forbearance. I want something done now as they are required by federal law to enroll me in the SAVE program and put me in such administrative forbearance. I warned XXXX who I spoke to on the phone to not pull any scam and he did. As he did not do what I asked him to do and all calls are recorded. It is illegal that neither student loan company processed my SAVE application and I provided documentation of my income over and over. So they are playing games and refuse to cooperate with one another and sending me illegal bills and not putting me in administrative forbearance. I am not getting emails from the Department of Education because of this trying to charge me late fees.
