Consumer Narrative
I was charged overdraft fees in my account. I have been familiar with the policy and able to avoid the fees most of the time. However this week my account was put in the negative. I was able to keep it above the {$50.00} threshold to avoid the fees. Yesterday my account dipped below the threshold and I was able to recover it before the XXXX deadline. Yet this morning I woke up to three overdraft fees. Chase says I have used all my returns for the fees, so now I am negative {$200.00}.
