To whom it may concern My name is XXXX XXXX and I have been a victim of Fraud regarding my mortgage payments. On XX/XX/XXXX I tried to get a loan with XXXX XXXX I was told by XXXX XXXX with XXXX XXXX that they would do a provisional credit into my account. I saw the provisional credit, therefore, upon the instruction of XXXX XXXX I went to XXXX and he emailed me two different barcodes. One in the amount of {$2000.00} and one in the amount of {$1800.00}. On XX/XX/XXXX. The money was not in my account therefore I called XXXX XXXX and he informed me that they needed to do another provisional credit. I then went to XXXX and he emailed me one barcode for {$1000.00} and then went to XXXX and got {$2100.00} worth of gift cards. it was not until XX/XX/XXXX that I found out that the provisional credits were not from XXXX XXXX, but from the bank due to somebody calling and stopping payments on my mortgage payments. I have been working with USAA for the last two months and their staff has still allowed someone to call and stop payments on the mortgage payments. I had a representative from XXXX XXXX and USAA and myself on a three-way phone call on or around XX/XX/XXXX or XXXX. XXXX XXXX representative let USAA know that on XX/XX/XXXX a reversal of XXXX payment was done by USAA. I have since found out that there was no case opened last week and I have been on the phone with USAA and XXXX XXXX today, XX/XX/XXXX, for about XXXXive hours trying to get this resolved. I have never stopped a payment for XXXX XXXX and never will stop a payment for XXXX XXXX. I request XXXX XXXX to skip a payment or defer XXXX payment to the end of the loan due to USAA trying to fix their errors and get the money back into my account, I live paycheck to paycheck and only could make the payment once I get the reversal credit back into my account I would request XXXX XXXX assistance and defer XXXX payment so that I have time to get my other bills in order. I would like XXXX XXXX to know that I have never in our 30+ years of owning a home, stop a payment for my mortgage. I would request that XXXX XXXX can understand the issue I am in and can just defer XXXX payment one time and I will give you my word that as long as USAA can get the issue straightened out I should not have to ever ask or be in this situation again.
