They once again closed my dispute. They sent a breakdown to CFPB that did NOT include payments made in XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX of {$230.00} each. They claimed to give me a direct contact to CFPB but that was also not true and the number goes straight to voicemail and they never return my calls. I made several disputes throughout the year of XXXX and each time the synchrony rep admitted the balance was wrong- I have it all recorded. They would submit for it to be corrected, only for adjustments to be made to the balance but they would still be incorrect. After further research, the difference owed was merely {$43.00} once the refund was issued from sleep number but synchrony continued to send me statements with the wrong balances. Original Purchase amount was {$3300.00} and the credit refund issued was {$2400.00} leaving a difference of {$810.00}. {$770.00} worth of payments were made in XXXX, XXXX and XXXX of XXXX. The difference would be {$43.00}. Yet the statement mailed in XXXX of XXXX after the refund was issued showed a balance of {$230.00}. I then contacted Synchrony MULTIPLE times and they submitted multiple disputes to get the balance corrected so I could make the payment if indeed anything was owed. I have NEVER had a late payment yet now they are reporting on my credit that I was 90 days past due. They never supplied me with an accurate balance and everytime i call in ( recorded calls ) they admit it is incorrect. Since I have called in on this dispute, they hang up on me everytime. Unacceptable
