So I work for roots and sprig, I recently tried to change my direct deposit from chase to XXXX XXXX. It bounced for some reason so my job sent me a physical check for {$450.00}. I deposited it XXXX XXXX at XXXX in my chase account. Next morning it said I had a hold on my deposit and it was under review till the XXXX. I got on the phone with chase customer service and they told me that its under review and the XXXX is worse case scenario. The money was never available and came yesterday the same check left my account in the negatives. I literally just got direct deposit from the same company today and it was diminished because the check I deposited last never went through but was some how credited me when the check amount was never available. So now I need the last check reimbursed and deposited so everything can be rectified. Ive been in contact with both my companys XXXX and chase. XXXX told me about why my check bounce and told me to check with chase and chase only told me to wait till the XXXX. I talked to a representative today and they said I had to talk to my jobs company. I just need this solved so I could tend to my bills asap.
