On XX/XX/XXXX I was charged XXXX interest for a XXXX purchase from Carecredit. I called Carecredit to see why. I was informed that the interest amount was correct and had been accruing since the purchase on XX/XX/XXXX. I asked how could I have not paid that fee off when I make payments every month. I always pay more than the minimum payment. I was informed by the customer service rep and the supervisor, XXXX, that It was my responsibility to call Carecredit every month and inform them how much I wanted to pay per each charge on my account. I informed the agents that I had NEVER been informed of that and felt that was very deceptive and misleading. They could not tell me why I that had never been disclosed but that I was responsible for that amount. I pay my bills every month and this XXXX interest charge on a XXXX charge is unfair and unjust.
