I noticed a negative reporting accounts on my credit reports. XX/XX/year>, 30 days ago I sent a certified mail disputing the accounts. I have no heard back from any of the parties mentioned. I am writing to get compensation for this company XXXX XXXX and Lockhart , Morris & Mont for breaking the law and getting me denied when applying for credit due to their false reporting information. FDCPA XXXX. Validation of debts & FCRA Under 15 U.S. Code 1692k - Civil liability, FCRA 15 USC 1692g : Validation of debts 15 U.S. Code 1692e - False or misleading representations also XXXX, XXXX and XXXX for not responding to my disputes in 30 days. According to the FCRA they have 30 days to verify and provide accurate information on my report. Also to provide whom they spoke to and " verified '' this false collection / charge off on my credit reports also want to sue for damages caused when applying for credit during the last 30 days. Under 15 U.S.C. 1681 also have not validated 15 USC 1692g : Validation of debts I am owed in damages and need to have the negative items removed asap. Also XXXX XXXX and XXXX failed to mark
