This bank called citibank closed my account in XXXX and they have not given me my funds from the account that closed the account XXXX that was my account number this bank did not give me my funds and when I call they only transfer me but they do not They say nothing about my funds when I call the bank and I go to do so, they simply direct the call but they don't tell me absolutely anything about where my funds are, they always tell me that they are going to send me a letter within five to six business days but The letter never reaches me, my name is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX.
