I reported a fraudulent charge. Synchrony Bank closed the account. They said they would send a replacement credit card. They never sent a replacement card. There is a credit balance on the card. I can not access the credit balance because I no longer have an account since a replacement card was never sent. When I tried to solve the problem with their customer support, they required me to prove my identity with full face scan. Then they sent a verification code to prove my identity but when I try to report it online it claims my social security number is invalid. Customer Support keeps forwarding me to other departments. I still have no way to access my credit balance. This is an endless doom loop.
