I was lied to and discriminated against with the company synchrony bank. I signed up for a 0 % credit card. I called twice to make sure the payments were coming out before the promotion was over so I didnt have to pay any interest. Both times they told me I was making the correct payments And then all of a sudden almost {$3000.00} of interest was charged to me. The company told me there was nothing they can do about it they cant pull up the phone records for when I called twice. I asked them to put it in dispute. They said there is nothing they can do. I feel as being a woman with perfect credit they took advantage of me. My husband has also talked to them a couple times about this issue. They blew him off and told him there is nothing they can do they dont keep phone records? I find that hard to believe.
