Consumer Narrative
On XX/XX/24 I opened a new online checking account with Citi Bank. I transferred {$1500.00} to the account on XX/XX/24. A few days later my account was flagged for fraud and I have now been denied access to my funds. Since this issue happened I have realized that the Citi bank XXXX XXXX has been sending me letters to the wrong address. They refuse to help me change my address in order to receive my letter with a code in order to unlock my account. It is now XX/XX/24 and there is no assistance for me whatsoever. This is a serious emergency as I live check to check.
