Consumer Narrative

I received a notification by USPS that Phoenix Financial acquired my account from XXXX XXXX XXXX, requesting payment of {$1200.00}. Unknown why since I have an active automatic payment plan with XXXX. On XX/XX/24 I went on XXXX website, set up a payment plan of {$24.00} per week ( the most spread out option avail ) via my XXXX XXXX. I am a XXXX XXXX XXXX and am anticipating Spring Break & Summer recess, of which I do not work or receive an hourly salary, I will be collecting Unemployment, and can not afford the current arrangement. I went on Phoenix website to change my pay plan, theres no option. Nor is there an option to stop the same. On XX/XX/XXXX I called Phoenix & spoke to three different people ( XXXX, unk woman, XXXX XXXX. No one was able to change, delete, amend, access or anything to my account. XXXX disconnected me after 15 minutes, as well as # 2 lady after 3 mins, XXXX tried to help & after 15 mins tried to get a supervisor to no avail. # 4 person Supervisor XXXX did call me back & she also couldnt do ANYTHING. She said if the pay plan was done over the phone by them she would be able, but if its done via their online web then theres no way to change it! As her last resort effort she instructed me to change the credit card, and see if it gave me the option for a different pay plan. It didnt. She then said email them to cancel my payment plan so that I could start over, which I immediately did. That was at XXXX XXXX ; she was to call me back at XXXX but never did. Nothing has been changed or corrected AND this morning I received an email stating my next withdraw is pending. I feel this is deceptive practice and should be illegal for them to be financially entrapping me. I want it to stop so I can USPS a monthly check payment.
