I applied for a home equity loan with XXXX and they denied me based on excessive debt post funding which is absolutely wrong I only have a mortgage and my student loans my credit score is XXXX I make over XXXX a year and I'm not behind on any payments in fact I have disposable income over XXXX to {$7000.00} per month so it makes no sense as to why they would deny me. They tell me it's something on the XXXX credit report and XXXX says there's nothing on there so it's very frustrating because I keep getting denied by different companies and there is no reason why I should not be able to get a feel like this is discrimination and it's unfair. I need this loan so I can move forward with my home renovation projects. I've been stalled now for over XXXX years.
