On XX/XX/XXXX, I received an email stating a confirmation on Home Depot Consumer credit card supported by Citi under my name and my account. But I never filed such an application for a credit card to neither Citi nor Home Depot. This is a fraud. I need Citi and Home Depot to remove this account immediately and get back to me a confirmation on such a removal. Till then, any expense and charge on the account or the card is not my responsibility, I will not be borne any expense and charge whatsoever Thank you for your help.
