I submitted my XXXX Veteran exemption decision paper to my mortgage company ( First Community Mortgage ) on XXXX of XXXX and they advised my that the request will be done not later than XXXX of XXXX and I followed with them by phone on the mentioned date and they confirmed that the exemption is been approved from the tax department on the company and next step will be the escrow re analysis in order to correct the number and apply the new numbers and they advised me that anticipated finish date for the re analysis is today XXXX of XXXX. After a long no professional call the told that the request been closed yesterday without applying the exemption!! I am totally frustrated and I need help in this case. Also I want to mention that I had similar situation with deferent mortgage company and previous home exemption I did for 4 consecutive years and It was as smooth as just submitting my exemption and I notice the change in my account online after 2 weeks.
