I made a payment to Mohela in the amount of XXXX toward XXXX of my student loans on XX/XX/2023. Initially, the amount was applied to those loans. I later requested for a refund of payments made between XX/XX/2023 and XX/XX/2023. They agreed to refund my payments, but I never received the refund. My balances were reinstated to what they were before the payment. The transaction of XXXX was deleted from my payment history. I have asked for XXXX months about this issue and Mohela just ignores me or responds XXXX weeks later with something that is not even helpful. They have taken my money and now it is as if I never made the payment. I have the confirmation email from the payment as well as my bank statements proving they withdrew the money and never refunded it or applied it to my balance. They stole XXXX from me.
