Consumer Narrative

I was compromised in XXXX, I had several inquiries XXXX my credit reports. I had accounts opened up fraudulently opened up in my name. I had been part of the XXXX breach, had a few cards opened in my name I had inquiries and a bank acct open. I also have since still been getting inquiries. During pandemic, I lost my public storage to an auction, in which I kept my personal docs. The individual who obtained my locker contents possibly had access to my ssn dob tax info etc. A XXXX XXXX XXXX bank account was opened I have recent info by XXXX as well a ChexSystems that a XXXX is still reporting on my file. I dont know much of the situation ; however, I do know that an account was fraudulently opened in my name. The expenses are being reported against me illegally also without my knowledge. This is inaccurate information. Upon inquiring with XXXX XXXX XXXX and with my extended XXXX report and my consumer report this needs to be addressed, removed as it has caused banks to look at me as delinquent. I have spoken to XXXX from XXXX in reference to the fraud affidavit. I have just discovered as of recently that I had fraudulent reporting information on my ChexSystems consumer report. I had false reporting inaccurate information reporting on my name due to having my personal information being compromised as a result of being a victim of identity theft. I obtained my report, contacted ChexSystems to dispute the inaccurate information. I contacted ChexSystems, followed their dispute process and according to the FCRA I reported the fraud I discovered in the report. It dates back XXXX, and even XXXX years as it was not to my knowledge of these accounts even being in my name. I filed an FTC report, I also sent in the information to ChexSystems. Chex Systems continues to report false information on my consumer report illegally. They told me the date I filed the Police report, FTC reports were too far from the date of the theft. I was unaware of the theft until obtaining my report, so there was no way for me to have prior knowledge of this. Chex Systems are doing unfair practices that do not align with my rights as a consumer and are reporting fraudulent false information on my report.
