This is my second complaint with cfpb. My account been locked since XX/XX/year>. I was told by the bank they was sending a letter with a reference number so I can access my account. Here we are XX/XX/XXXX XXXX a whole month later still no letter. My account is still locked. I just want my funds. All the representatives are rude nobody is giving me information my money been locked in an account for a month.
