I was in XXXX XXXX which whom l have a cc with and issuing bank is a Synchrony Bank. I was in XXXX XXXX on XXXX and was offered a credit increase but was denied from XXXX credit bureau. XXXX days later l received a letter via email from Synchrony bank with my XXXX XXXX card stating they had pulled my credit report from XXXX and deceased my credit limit with XXXX cc. I immediately notified Synchrony Bank XXXX XXXX # XXXX ) asking why did they pull my credit report because it was unauthorized. XXXX filed a complaint and explained she didnt know why Synchrony Bank XXXX with the account being so new. In Synchrony Bank XXXX agreement page XXXX it only states they can increase/ decrease cc limit ONLY. They have violated my rights as a consumer via the CFPB rights 15 USC 1681b Permissible purposes of consumer reports. I did not authorize this report. Its damaged my fico score and denial of credit. Synchrony bank took upon themselves because l ask for a credit increase on XXXX and was denied to evaluate my other account with them and this is unlawful
