Bank of America transferred XXXX $ to a bank account called XXXX XXXX. They directly deposited this money into the XXXX XXXX account. I DO NOT have an account with XXXX XXXX. Bank of America refuses to credt my account back the XXXX $ Now I am accruing interest and late fee charges. I have been fighting with Bank of America for over XXXX weeks. I have filed a report with my local police department and called credit reporting agencies. I have been a member with BOA for XXXX years. I have NEVER transferred money into another account especially in such a large amount. BOA never received my permission to due so nor did they contact me for such a large transfer balance. { This should have been a red flag to BOA }. I tried finding out on my own information about this " XXXX XXXX bank ''. XXXX BOA agent gave me a # that was linked to this XXXX bank XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXThe person who answered said they were located in the XXXX and would not give me any more information unless I gave them my SS # or a credit card. I also reported this to BOA since they never looked into this fraudulent transfer.
