XX/XX/2024, I opened an account with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. The same day I was told my account would be closed due to suspected fraudulent activity. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX stated that when using the Chexsystem company 2 social security numbers were listed under my profile and several variations of my name. I was given a copy of the information with showed a incorrect Social Security number attached to my chexsystem profile. The additional social security number is from the state of XXXX. I have a XXXX issued social security number. I was given the number to Chex system, however they are unable to be contacted. I have pulled all of credit reports from each bureau that shows no second social security that was issued from the state of XXXX. I provided the bank with a valid driver 's license, social security number, and proof address. As explained to the bank chexsystem does not have the correct or updated information for my name which changed with me being married.
