Care Credit has deceptive ways of convincing a consumer who needs medical or dental care to use their credit by offering a great promotion. Unfortunately, the promotion has a dead stop that consumers aren't aware of at the time and extremely high financial fees are immediately added to the balance owed. The option when calling for help in this matter is to pay several thousand dollars to eliminate further increased finance charges. That said I believe that payments made to the Care Credit Company were spread out over the balance in a way that validated nonpayment of the promotion so that Care Credit could enforce the repayment of all financial fees in one lump sum. I have since only been able to make arrangements to pay XXXX XXXX monthly for six years but they will not remove the overwhelming and financially burdening amount tacked on for not paying the promotion in full on time. Can you please help? I did find a court order on line enforcing the settlement of {$34.00} million to be paid to those who were deceived by Care Credit promotions. Thank you XXXX XXXX
