My account was hit with fraud. A check which was sent to my landlord for rent was stolen, altered and cashed. The fake check should have never been paid through my bank since there was not enough funds to cover, not consistent with my routine transactions, the signature on the check was not mine and even spelled my name wrong. US Bank is refusing to give me a time frame as to when this will be completed. Its been a month already.
