Green sky has been told that this loan was fraudulently placed in my name and that legal services was attained. They started sending mail with XXXX name on it to my address I. Michigan and she does not live with me. I have no loan documents and never signed any. My son and XXXX have paid this account to be exact XXXX has made the payments only! They got divorced and now somehow I am on loan as primary. They are to collect money from her they had payments coming out of sons account so what happened! They are harassing me and attorney has said to cease contacting me.
